THE UMBRELLA CENTER

Live Love Serve Foundation is helping to transform the way Charlotte-Mecklenburg serves victims of interpersonal violence by joining forces to build The Umbrella Center, Charlotte’s future family justice center. Family justice centers are a best practice approach to supporting victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, elder abuse, and human trafficking.

SEED TO TABLE

Seed to Table envisions a vibrant and resilient community where all people, regardless of race, gender, geography, ability, or socioeconomic status, have access to fresh produce that is nourishing, locally grown, and in keeping with their preferences. From our four-acre farm plot, we strive to model a food system that restores ecosystems while providing equitable access to fresh foods and opportunities for community members to engage positively with farm-fresh foods.

PROMISING PAGES

Promising Pages is a nonprofit organization that inspires undeserved children to achieve their dreams by instilling a love of reading. Fueled by studies showing that children who can't read proficiently by third grade are four times more likely to drop out of high school, Promising Pages provides innovative classroom programs and more than 100,000 free books annually, making us Charlotte's largest and most efficient distributor of up cycled books aimed at addressing this critical - and solvable - community need.

YOUNG BLACK LEADERSHIP ALLIANCE

The YBLA team loves and appreciates CBI and the Live Love Serve Foundation. Words cannot express the depth of our gratitude for the LLS Foundation’s generous contributions and unwavering support of our young leaders. They provide our team and program participants with the physical space we utilize to shape students into young Black leaders. This generous donation of space enables us to allocate our resources toward enhancing our leadership and professional development programs.

VAPOR MINISTRIES

Live Love Serve partners with Vapor to alleviate poverty by providing sustainable access to clean water, healthy food, quality education, employment opportunities, and vital health services. We multiply disciples through indigenously led and gospel-centered programs, community outreach, and local church relationships. Our partnership also provides the ability to operate small businesses and teach agricultural skills and biblical business principles to the community, providing income opportunities and stability, breaking cycles of poverty.

CAROLINA YOUTH COALITION

CYC is proud to be a partner of the Live Love Serve Foundation over the past few years. LLS continues to award education grants annually to CYC Fellows that ensure they can attend college without crippling amounts of student loan debt. Not only is this essential to them earning a degree but ensures they have the best chance possible to achieve economic mobility and change their family’s fortunes.

BLUE ANGELS

The mission of the Blue Angel Foundation is to support and save the lives of our Military Veterans who proudly volunteered to serve our nation. With a focus on critical services like transitional housing, posttraumatic stress treatment, and suicide prevention, we have partnered with key organizations, specifically CBI and the Live Love Serve Foundation, enabling veterans to restore self-esteem, build confidence, and provide hope for the bright future they deserve. HOPEWAY

HopeWay is an accredited nonprofit mental health treatment center for adults located in South Charlotte. Under the leadership of psychiatrist, CEO & Chief Medical Officer Dr. Alyson Kuroski- Mazzei, HopeWay’s holistic and integrated model of care is proven to work for many people. Through HopeWay’s sevenyear history, thousands of adults from the Charlotte region and across the country have benefited from the unique evidencebased treatment HopeWay offers. CBI has been a partner in this important mission since the treatment center’s inception.

COOKIES FOR KIDS

Cookies for Kids’ Cancer™, a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is committed to raising funds for research to develop new, improved, and less toxic treatments for pediatric cancer, the #1 disease killer of children in the United States. We provide inspiration and support for individuals, businesses, and organizations to raise funds by hosting grassroots bake sales and other fundraising events.

SEARCH

Since 1993, SEARCH Charlotte has been inviting folks to take a next step toward God. This invitation is extended a variety of ways, and the encouragement to all is to ask the big questions, engage in conversations, and seek answers. These 30 years of inviting people in Charlotte to “taste and see” that God is good has launched hundreds of conversation groups and resulted in thousands of individuals invited to know and share Christ with colleagues, neighbors, friends, and family.

BEDS FOR KIDS

Beds for Kids is a Charlotte, NC, based furniture bank. We are a 501(c)3 organization funded by individuals, churches and corporations. We are dedicated to serving with dignity and powerfully supplementing a family's resources as they rise out of poverty and into self-sufficiency.

RAIN

RAIN ensures access to quality, personalized care in a nurturing environment for individuals and their families who are living with HIV and associated chronic conditions so they may live healthier fulfilled lives. Through education and advocacy, RAIN promotes disease prevention, understanding and dignity for those affected by HIV and for those who are at risk.

CABWAYLINGO

Cabwaylingo Appalachian Mission is to enrich the lives of others by loving, serving, leading, and nurturing in the name of Jesus. We envision a God-sized miracle transforming the Dunlow region into a productive, supportive, Christ-centered community of healthy families. Cabwaylingo Appalachian Missions is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established to serve the people of the Wayne County, West Virginia community through various services.

THE COLSON CENTER

We work with Christians and Christian organizations across the denominational spectrum to advance the Kingdom of God, highlighting critical issues of our day, such as the sanctity of life, the defense of marriage, the protection of religious liberty, and the restoration of virtue and ethics to public life. Online and on the air, the Colson Center for Christian Worldview provides compelling commentary on culture, politics, science, and more.

ST. MATTEW CATHOLIC CHURCH

The Catholic community of St. Matthew seeks salvation through Jesus Christ. We are transformed through prayer, acts of love, forgiveness, service and stewardship. We invite and welcome all to receive God's love and mercy.

LOVE LIFE

The mission of LOVE LIFE IS UNITING AND MOBILIZING THE CHURCH TO CREATE A CULTURE OF LOVE AND LIFE THAT WILL BRING AN END TO ABORTION AND THE ORPHAN CRISIS. Love Life Mentors is their growing network of people who have said yes to walking along side moms and dads who have chosen life for their children. Mentors provide support, offer encouragement and "do life" with young men and women every step of the pregnancy and into the child's first years of life.

The March of Dimes mission is to lead the fight for the health of all moms and babies. Our goals are to end the preventable maternal health risks and deaths, end preventable preterm birth and infant death, and close the health equity gap. March of Dimes believes in a world where every mom and baby is healthy regardless of wealth, race, gender or geography.
